How much notice do you need to order a cake?
Ideally 2-4 weeks’ notice is always good, especially at busy times of the year (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, Halloween, Valentines’ Day) sometimes I will be able to fit cakes in within around 7 days’ notice.

How do I order your lucky dip sweet treat box?
Click on the “Shop” tab above, click on the lucky dip item and them complete purchase through the online shop.

When does stock go live on the shop?
I restock the online shop of lucky dip sweet treat boxes every Sunday at 6:00pm, this gives you an idea of what will be in the lucky dip boxes for that week. If it says “Sold Out” unfortunately it means you’re too late and you’ll have to wait for the boxes to be restocked the week after.

If I ordered a postal lucky dip box when would it be sent out?
All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 1st class and are sent out on Friday, please allow 1-3 days for delivery.

Do you cater for gluten free?
Yes, but I only bake gluten free cakes to order and I also do my lucky dip sweet treat boxes every other week too.

How much is delivery?
For lucky dip sweet treat boxes I offer delivery within 5 miles of Burntwood and it's charged at £3.00, for cake deliveries within the same radius it is charged at the same rate. For deliveries further than 5 miles the delivery charge will be given to you with the quote.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all card payments (except American express), unfortunately I can no longer accept Paypal payments.

How do I store the lucky dip sweet treat boxes?
The contents of the treat boxes will be fine in a cool dry place for at least 7-10 days, however, if you like them with a bit of bite you can keep them in the fridge for up to 14 days

Are your cakes suitable for vegetarians/vegans?
All my cakes/bakes are suitable for vegetarians.

Do you require a deposit for cakes?
Yes, a 50% deposit is payable the day you book the cake slot, and the remaining balance need to be paid minimum 3 days before collection/delivery.

Cancellation Terms?
If you need to cancel the cake for whatever reason, unfortunately you will lose the deposit you have paid. Cancellations are accepted up to 4 days before the cake due date. If you miss the cancellation window you will be expected to honour the agreement and pay the full balance and accept collection/delivery of the cake
